I’m Jake Grosser, and I’ve been in the mortgage business for nearly five years. What makes my story different? I didn’t build my career in a booming market—I built it in one of the toughest markets we’ve seen in over two decades.

While others waited for the rates to drop or leads to come in, I went to work.

Every deal I’ve closed—over $30 million in volume in the last 18 months alone—has come through organic relationships with referral partners like realtors, CPA’s, attorneys, and genuine community connections. I’ve had to master the art of communication (shoutout to my communications degree), trust-building, and consistent follow-up. And I’ve built a system around it—a repeatable playbook that works.
